Dealer recommendations for ED?

I'm looking to order a 335i w/ manual for European delivery. So I'm looking for recommendations on a dealership and client advisor to work with. Ideally in Texas or Maryland, due to easier access for me, but elsewhere is fine if they're great to work with. I'm asking because working with my local dealer has not been pleasant, and they have a regional monopoly.

Also, has anyone ever taken ED, but then picked up their car in Spartanburg for Performance School Delivery?

Pm for details on a Atlanta area drake-- Adrian doesn't give good prices IMO and South Atlanta has horrible customer service
