Snapped intake manifold bolt what should i do

Snapped it below the surface of the block where I can't easily get it out. Tried reverse drilling it and basically messed up the hole. Old bolt it still in manifold and is long enough to fit into block. Should I just use some type of adhesive to get it stay or hold tight?

You could try taking off evertyhing and then try to make a new hole in there with heli coils.
