SA said that F31 with M Sport & EB has sport suspension, true?

I'm trying to decide between 2 F31s this morning. Both have M Sport, one Estoril Blue the other Mineral Gray with the optional M adaptive.

SA tells me that the EBs have sport suspension. I thought they had standard suspension. Which is it?

Regarding adaptive, I've never had a car with it. I do try and spec my BMWs/MINIs with sport suspension if possible. I'm not taking the wagon to the track (have a JCW MINI for that) but I do like spirited driving up here in the Cascades... am I going to miss the adaptive if I get the EB? (love EB by the way!!)

I know this has been debated several times, but it doesn't make my decision process any easier

Garage List
Estoril blue doesn't do anything for the suspension. It's standard unless it has adaptive M.

I think SA is confusing F30 with M Sport.

F31 has regular suspension or adaptive as an option. There is no "sport" suspension in wagons. M Sport on F31 does not change suspension.

I would suggest to test drive both cars and pick whatever feels better and fits your budget. Personally I would choose adaptive over regular. I've driven F31 with adaptive and it feels better than my F30 with sport suspension.

704 is option for sport suspension.
2VF is option for adaptive.

Bateau is correct (he drove mine). I'm pretty demanding with suspensions and have to admit the adaptive on my SportLine is quuite good. Installed then removed DinanShockware as it seemed even softer than OEM settings (Dinan probably calibrates it for lighter sedans). Decided against bigger bars as they're too labor intensive (subframes must be dropped), so I'm pretty well left with stock - but stock with sticky tires is pretty impressive. If anything, I may do Bilstein's adaptive upgrade someday.

I just need to decide if I want EB with std suspension or Mineral Gray with the adaptive suspension
