Upgrading by BMW F30 SA676 HiFi Music system

This is my plan
a. Alpine PXA-H800 Processor
b. Alpine PDR-F50 Ampifier (2 Sets). This will give me a total of 8 amplifers of which I will use 7.

Connect the Head unit to the Processor. Have not still figured out how to get a wiring harness.

I have a few questions
1. Does the headunit output balanced signal low level. This will help be set up the Alpine processor correctly.
2. Where can I get BMW compatible Alpine Speakers.
3. any thoughts/advice for me
