Me too to be honest. They will show higher pressures when the tyres are warm but that's to be expected.

Thanks for the advice both

Slight issue is that I don't own an ENET cable for coding...

Pm shawnsheridan for the latest e-sys & psdzdata files, there's a folder in them with all the instructions you need.

I use the gauge at my local Shell garage, only. I use it so often, I can tell if there's something wrong with it.

Oh and did your car cone with TPMS?
Does it not show the actual readings ala:

On the mobile app so can't see what you drive but Is 3.2 bar a normal setting? My 340i I think is ~2.6 recommended. Need to get a decent gauge and check what they really are

Anyone find the system is really sensitive? It's impressive in a way.

I drove 240KMS today across the country and when I started again, a message popped into iDrive and said one of the tyres was "slightly lower" it was safe to drive but check them when you can.

Front two are meant to be 2.2 and the rears 2.5. The front left was 2.1! That was it, that tiny drop triggered the system. So went to a petrol station and checked and the gauge matched all the car readings. Reset and on you go.

Very sensitive it has to be said.....though the temperature did change a lot when I drove so I think that may have helped trigger it.

But I suppose it's a good thing, it makes sure you'll keep your tyres at the correct pressure at all times.

I find the system reports my offside rear tyre slightly lower than it actually is, and I'm wondering if I should get the sensor in that wheel replaced.

The one thing that annoys me with the TPMS system is that when it flags up the warning - which is usually when I get into the car at 6.30 in the morning to drive somewhere for work - there doesn't seem to be any way to pull up the measurements from the wheel sensors (they're all ---). So in the rain, I have to get out and check the actual tyre pressures manually, then reset the system (or just click OK), and drive off. A few minutes later I get the readings on the idrive screen. So just when you really want to see the tyre pressures displayed, they're not. Grrr.. or am I doing something wrong?

Yes it read the pressures while you're driving for some bizarre reason!

I think that's correct, it does seem to register the front offside wheel a tad lower. Mine was reading 2.1 and it triggered the message on iDrive. But when I went to the petrol station and went to pump it up the gauge was reading 2.2, same as the driving front wheel.
