will these 18" Konig Wheels work?

I went to Konig's website and put in 2012 3 series sedan and these did not pop up as wheels that fit. I am not sure why they wouldn't though... http://www.tiredealersites.com/konig...ails&wid=75142 maybe I am missing something. was going with 18X8 setup with 225/45/18 tires for the winter. the specs show its 35 offset, 73 hubbore
