Challenge F30 335 Dyno Results for our HFC Downpipe combined with our Sports Catback Exhaust. We finally had a chance to get our F30 335 on the dyno again Friday and saw some great results even with the stock ECU. The car put down peak TQ gains of 30 ft lbs. with a solid 20-25 ft lbs. gain across majority of the powerband. Horsepower gains were 20-23hp peak and between 12-20 hp gains across most of the powerband. This means great usable power and gains at every RPM.

With the stock cat, there was no hint of drone at all. Last edited by GTM_Challenge; 09-06-2012 at 03:34 PM.. |

Once we finish some production units we can share some photos of the design. Its full 3inch with no crush sections or tapers. We us a reinforced 3in flex section up front as well in the same location as stock.

The exhaust sounds superb, plus I think it looks nicer than the M-Performance exhaust even though you won't ever see it except for the tips, hah.

Any progress on the quad tip exhaust w/ diffuser?... I'd also like to hear a review on the interior sound/noise with the sport exhuast and DP w/ HFC.

For the quad tip setup, expect it to be at least 2-3 months out. We have to finalize the dual tip exhaust and diffuser first.

Just curious if putting a exhaust + downpipe increases your chances of getting rolled / pulled over? Is there any sort of ticket you can get if you mod your car with both? Or if it becomes noticeably louder is that a offense?
Just curious, I am pretty sure eventually I am going to get some sort of aftermarket exhaust and possibly down pipe as well..What about warranty too? |

Some states allow modification of the stock catalytic converter system, others do not. We don't have any issues with our shop cars here in Chicago (knock on wood). Last edited by GTM_Challenge; 11-12-2012 at 12:03 PM.. |

What kind of noise can I expect inside the car with the HFC DP and sport exhaust? I really want to wait for rear diffuser/quad outlet but I'm impatient so who knows.
