LMs have arrived from Japan and will ship out to Supreme Power Parts tomorrow from BBS in Georgia, where they'll mount up some PSS (finally was able to locate some 275s!) and then off to me. I think the earliest I'll see them is the end of next week. I'll have pics the day they get installed.

How do the V2s feel relative to stock suspension?

I have/had the M Adaptive suspension and would say with the V2s set at the factory presets the ride is somewhere between the Sport and Comfort mode, closer to Sport. They aren't super firm where your teeth rattle, but you certainly feel really planted while still getting a complete ride. Far nicer ride than when I had PSS10 on my previous vehicle. Getting rid of the RFT can't come soon enough.

How/why do I go from an S4 to a 3 series wagon? That is a legitimate question and it was a combination of things. I had a wagon previously and really wanted the space and utility back that I had. I was never big a BMW fan and preferred VW/Audi, but they didn't have anything for me. If they had an S4/RS4 Avant on this side of the pond, I would have bought one of those before my S4 sedan and it would all be moot.

Yes performance wise, the S4 is heads above the abilities of my wagon when pushed, but for everyday use and daily fun, I find it still has some legs.

Plus, the plan in the a year or two is to keep this a daily and add a Carrera to the stable

New wheels were installed today, after nearly a four month wait to get the rears. Specs are:
BBS LM229 20x8.5" ET32 with Michelin Pilot Super Sports 235/35ZR20 XL (front)
BBS LM256 20x10" ET45 with Michelin Pilot Super Sports 275/30ZR20 XL (rear)

Thanks to Eric and Tam at Supreme Power (@supremepower) in Placentia, CA for the wheel set. Patient bunch of guys as I probably emailed them 2-3 times a week over the process. Be sure to contact them if you are looking for a set of BBS or any other set of wheels.

Thanks to my local shop (for anyone local who's looking for a great mechanic), Rodgers Performance. Not only for getting these mounted quickly within the shitstorm of a day, but getting the KW V2s in and installed and dialled in. Bryan knows his stuff.

Weather was crazy today, with thunderstorms throughout the day but managed to snap a few pics. Dirty, but had to share. More to come next week.

I'm not sure if I'm going to add the M-Performance lip. I'm going to see how it goes through the summer and how it holds us through the winter at this height (or lower).
