They look seriously good, especially loving the front styling (and the wheels, read diffuser, quad exhaust and so on!)

Looks fantastic. I'd take that any day of the week over the Alpina.

Too early to trade in after 3 months?

So much nicer looking than the Alpina! The flared arches always help, but the M car body kits really make the Alpina look retro 80's!

It might be the colour, but I'm leaning towards preferring the M3 to the M4. I think having the coupe snout helps too.

Once I saw the picture of the boot lid with the 2 crease lines that mirror the roof then I knew these are real. Official internal video is at 9 am tomorrow. Will know more then.
Car sounds awesome as we had a short preview a couple of weeks ago on line
The uk will get 19's, EDC, heated seats etc as standard. DCT is quickest with 0/60 in 4.1. Manual is 4.3. Price in line with he old car at £55k. Oh sweet lord.

So what discount, if any, would be available on these?

There's a lot of info on the M3/M4 here:

https://www.press.bmwgroup.com/press...__4100#avMedia

I haven't yet read it all but it appears it will have:

An Active M Differential that uses an electronically controlled multi-plate limited-slip differential

Electric Power Steering with three settings

Moving away from the traditional mechanical diffs and steering it would appear so lets hope it doesnt spoil things too much.

Looks good. I love the full leather merino interior - transforms it. Would happily have put my hand in pocket for that on my 335d. Already said to dealer I'm going to wait to make a final call until I've had one for a day to try - once I've put a 'few' options on it, might get silly. Going to need to very good (and I'm going to want a good deal) to get me out of the 335d. Wife's also pushing me for a 4 Conv again as next car.... 435d Conv or wait for M4 Conv to keep both sides happy..? Hmmm....

All things to look forward to trying in 2014. In meantime, I'll just enjoy my 335d very much indeed (just going past 10k). Still love it to death and a very lucky chap to own one.
