anyone coded LIM function into the SET button on european cars? followed the cheat sheet guide for this code and some of the lines to change just didnt exist.

Yes, on mine I retrofitted cruise control, and coded SET as LIM; I changed these values:

KOMBI > 3003 > SLD_ENABLE from "nicht aktiv" to "aktiv"
ICMQ > 3000 > C_SLD_Funktion from "nicht aktiv" to "aktiv"
ICMQ > 3000 > C_Umschaltung_ACC_DCC from "unterdruecken" to "zugelassen"

The ICM > 3000 > LDM_SET_Taste was not present in my ncd, but all works well.

yes it does work i can confirm. coded this a few monthw ago now. quite suprised by how often i actually use it

I use cruise control all the time on the motorway, but for town driving where the limit is quite low, I can see this being very useful...

Hi,

I did mine exactly the same as you mention. But, if I press the SET button (which suppose the same function as LIM) when the car is stop still , the Kombi give warning message and yellow triangle appears. However, if I press the SET button when the car is moving, it won't pop up error.

Any idea?
