Ordered mine around xmas, shipped the next day, had it the following since they ship out of boston and im in NY. Have you contacted them?

It might depend what version you ordered as some were / are pre orders, etc. Our orders usually ship out within a day or so..

Forums are a great place to learn but information is as only as good as the source and if the answer is relevant.

The people commenting they received theirs in days didn't order the the HD FMIC which have been on nationwide back order for a few months now from every dealer and the manufacturer.

Street intercoolers ship same day from us. The HD FMIC were noted out of stock at the time of purchase.

im just saying Jeff@TopGearSolutions when i placed the order it said (late december) i placed the order on the 17th so i thought ok thats fine i can wait that long then when i emailed in january asking for an update you guys replied with a remark saying that it was back ordered until january then got another email saying cp and intercooler are now both mid january then recieved my cp and now its february 14th and my intercooler still has yet to move anywhere.

Having problems with VRSF myself. Had a shit weld charge pipe from early december ... mid feb and im still waiting with very little communication.

Def left a bad taste in my mouth dealing with them.

As always, we encourage customers to contact us privately with regards to their order but since you continue pushing the subject here I suppose we'll respond here.

Just for clarification on those reading, your order had an ETA of Late December. That was the given ETA by VRSF at the time of your order.

ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival for clarification. The keyword there is Estimate.

At some point shortly after your original order VRSF told us the ETA's have moved to Late January.

There was also a small window where we were still under the impression the ETA of Late December was still valid for some of their products as that was what their website said. We brought this up to VRSF at some point who clarified their website was in error and it was Late January for everything. Since then a majority if not all their Race and HD intercoolers moved to that ETA window.

As we neared the last week of January we followed up with VRSF who told us it was looking like the first week of February for all backorders.

When the First Week of February hit, VRSF continued to push back their ETA as there were delays with their carrier and arrival of shipments.

We've been 1000000000% transparent with anyone who has asked for updates and did the best to our ability to give accurate ETA's as they came in from the manufacturer. Anything they told us, we told our customers.

We aren't holding your money hostage either, you are inclined to a full refund at any point or you can expect your order to ship within the next few days if not tomorrow. (For the record, this is still an estimate, we have not received an actual date from VRSF).

Hope this clarifies any confusions, misunderstandings and anything in-between including that our service is not the issue. The issue is manufacturer delays on a backordered product.

We do have several other intercoolers in stock and ready to ship.

We always try and stock as much items in house as possible so our customers can get their items asap. But in all fairness HD intercoolers have been on back order for a loooong time. Stocking dealer or not, everyone has a wait time

These shipped earlie today, sorry for you the delay guys! We weren’t anticipating the amount of orders we received during the holidays and it took us a bit longer than expected to get our inventory back to normal.
