In-car web browser in iDrive for the US?

I have a 2015 model with nav. When I go a search in the car for POIs, some of the links have a button to open their website in web browser. When I click on it, nothing happens. Is the web browser not available anymore or something?

BMW USA even has this youtube video, so I assume it works in the US.

Any ideas?

Almost certainly a feature that is disabled while the car is moving (in gear?). Notice that you can't watch TV on it while moving, either.

It doesn't work in park either. Idk why it doesn't work.

Do you have an active subscription for ConnectedDrive Services? That might be a requirement.
