I'm thinking about ordering a F31. I own a 116i since june 2012, but since my professional life took a new direction last year, i'm in need of a bigger boot... Hello 3 touring!

Thanks to the Brussels Motor Show you can get the 'intense sport' package (xenon, business nav, auto airco, handsfree, PDC, cruise control, 17" alloy, ...) for next to nothing here in Belgium. List price (euros) would be around 41k, dealer price is 33k. Ok, it's pre-LCI car, that might be a downside.
So IF I'd buy one (I'll miss the F20, such a nice car to drive), would you guys go for BMW Select? They offer 15k for the F20, so I'd finance 18k over 4 years at 1,49%. Residual value (20 000km/year) is 10k (maybe a bit on the low side?). Seems like a good deal, or do I miss something?
