Opinon: MG 340 Msport with Perf diffuser

Looking for opinions on this - I ordered my color matched rear reflectors - but I have to tell you, I've surprised myself a bit.....and I'm leaning towards keeping them red. Anyhoo here are a couple not so great quick pics - but it'll give you an idea

ps-when I put the color matched in I didn't snap them in all the way which is why they are a bit wonky

pps-front is now color matched, and that I like 100% more vs stock orange

I like the red contrast against the gray. I don't think anyone does it quite like BMW does. I'm bias though because I have coral red leather. The red / gray combo, inside and out, is classy yet pops.

I hear you - I have the same color combo - in fact I like the MG/Coral so much I had my windows tinted with 80% (barely visible)

I have AW and prefer the red reflectors in the rear. I did reflective color matched wrap over the front reflectors.

Thanks for the replies....Guess I'm not the only one that likes the red...again really odd for me because typically I would be all over the color match (obviously because I ordered them)...but for some reason I just like the red on this car a bit more than the color match (at least for now)

red for sure! the taillights are red so its a nice touch to accentuate those nice LCI tails!

I don't think the red on the rear looks bad at all. I have basically the same car as you, including the Perf. diffuser. I decided to keep all reflectors on the car, including the rears, to avoid any potential hassle with inspections.

I asked because I am picking up a 440 GC this weekend that I haven't seen in person and it's supposed to be MG as well. I like it. And to answer your question, my personal opinion is leave the back as is. I think the Red adds a nice touch.

The front colour matched looks good as I hate the amber reflectors if that's what it had? If it had red in the front as well, I would be double minded about the front too. Did you order the reflectors from IND?

no problem - ive missed pics too - anyhoo - thanks for your response and to answer your question I ordered from JBSpeed....and had some issue with the delivery address (they delivered to 1234 smith street vs what i told them so it took 2 weeks to reach me) - but in the end the return address was indeed IND so JBSpeed would seem to be operating as a middle man - at least for my small order. So to answer your question - yes my painted reflectors are from IND. And they look great IMHO - so JBSpeed or IND direct your choice

Congrats on the GC we have a black saphire/black that we love - enjoy!!
