My '14 335i xDrive MSport 6spd Lease Deal
I haven't had a moment to post the numbers from my lease deal, and wanted to do so in case it helped anyone. I used this board and connected with a few members whose own deals helped me throughout my process. Here are the numbers for my New (leftover 2014) 3 Series Lease I got in February 2015 (after a couple months of negotiating).
2014 335i xDrive MSport - 6 speed Manual (Mineral Grey/Black) MSRP: $61,430 (options noted below) Sale Price: $51,500 Total Cap Cost: $53,906.34 (includes VA state sales tax of 4.05%) Resdiual: 61% ($37,472.30) Term: 36 months Mileage: 12k/year Money Factor: 0.0013 MSDs: $0 Down Payment: $1,720 (1st mnths payment, $925 acq fee + $220 Doc Fee) Monthly Payment: $575.29 (again - includes VA state sales tax of 4.05%) As an additional financial benefit, I submitted to get my $500 Rebate through BMWCCA for leasing a new 3 Series BMW. The car was loaded with almost every option except the Driver's Assist Plus Package:
I spent a few months looking for a Mineral Grey/Black 6speed, and almost ordered one until I found this car in Rhode Island (I am in Northern VA) and was able to negotiate what I think is a great deal since they had it on their lot for a while - it's sad to me that manuals are becoming all the more rare! I look forward to becoming more active on this board, and will post some pictures and my future mod plans in the General section. Also, I need to find someone in the DC Metro Area that has experience coding these cars! Please contact me if you can help. Happy Motoring. The acquisition fee is slightly marked up from the BMWFS $795, but other then that looks like you're getting a great deal on the '14 and the dealer has to make a few bucks somewhere. The high MSRP discount really helps the lease by giving you a very high residual.

Seems like a good deal to me.
Is the doc fees for registration and plates or just a doc fee for buying a car. if so its a mark up |

Yes - the registration and my VA tags made up the doc fee. Most of the dealers I got quotes from had similiar, if not higher "dealer" charges/fees.
