Apparently the body shop didn't fix my car correctly

i took in my car to the dealer today to get the brake fluid changed and they told me something surprising. apparently my suspension and some steering components are damaged from an impact from below. my SA described yellow paint and the location of the damage is in the same area that was damaged before in an accident. if i call my insurance now to get it supplemented what are the chances that they will give me trouble for not reporting it earlier?

Hmm...when you were driving from the time you had your car "fixed" to when you brought it to the dealer, did you notice the steering/suspension was off somehow?

Pics would be great

You DID report it earlier. The contractor that you hired, with likley insurance company approval, faileed to complete the job and you're just now finding out. Take pictures and report it.

Yellow paint could mean it is from a salvage yard.
