AC won't turn off after coding

So I got the Bimmercode today and tried a few things. One was turning off the a.c. when the car starts. I coded the option to be not active. Now the a.c./ heat won't turn off at all. Any ideas ?

I tried to do a restore but that didn't work. I made the mistake of not writing down what I started with. Any ideas?
Just noticed that the a.c. light was flashing. I hit the button and then tried to turn off and that worked

I can't speak to Bimmercode, but ESys cheat sheets show the default settings.

Thank you both.
I'll look at the default settings
So going thru the problem:
Upon start, the a.c. turns on. Will not turn off. I noticed the a.c. button flashes. After a few minutes, if I hit the a.c. button, the flashing stops and now you can off the a.c.. but no MAX AC.
If I off the car the and come back, it back to normal where you can off the a.c..
It has something to do with the a.c. memory. Thanks for the tips

Looks like the simple mode of Air Conditioning Memory and the expert mode Memory_Off are in conflict. When you turn it back to default in expert, the simple backs to the opposite.
Thoughts on how to fix?

You have to leave the car on and wait for a few mins after coding.

Thanks again for all the input.
The initialization process was the culprit. Works like a charm now!

Is there anyway on bimmercode to make it so the AC is off when I turn on the car? It's one of the main reasons I got the app but it doesn't seem to change things when I activate or deactivate things...

Any help would be appreciated

The car will use the AC in order to control the amount of humidity inside the vehicle. Leaving the AC on does not mean that the AC is running at that moment in time necessarily. The auto mode circulation function will direct air to the windshield as needed to ensure that the car doesn't fog up.

So I would advise against disabling this... if you need more horsepower, just put the recirculation system in Manual mode (A -> M) and turn the A/C off.

Thank you kindly for the response. Understood. I suppose what I mean is I would like to turn my circulation on myself without it being on as a default. Something I thought could be done with bimmercode...

Coded memory_off on my F32 so my HVAC is off on startup. Doesnt switch off at all now.
There is no flashing AC button, I have left engine running for a while, also tried driving around for a while. Have put coding back to default but no matter what I do the HVAC will not switch off! Any help would be much appreciated

Im thinking it’s something to do with the AC
Going to try having it re-gassed and then seeing what happens. Iv read somewhere that there has to be enough AC gas for the initialisation to take place

Drive the car for a few miles and go through all the HVAC functions from Auto to Max. Air and you will see the AC light blinking. Let it cycle through till the blinking stops. Turn off the AC and you should be able to shut the system off.
