Is this a good deal?

One of my local dealers have a NOS 2013 sportline 328i for $40,000. The car includes:
Tech package
Lightning package
Premium package
Cold weather package
BMW Assist
Harmon Kardon

I received a quote from Steve Thomas for $42,000 for a 2014 without the Harmon Kardon, Premium package, and BMW assist, but with Moonroof.

Is the 2013 a good deal, or should I go with the latter?
