Need door pull trim
Hey folks,
This has been asked before, but since these ebay and amazon links are a bit time-sensitive I figured I'd ask again. Anyone buy new carbon (or fake carbon) interior door pull trim and can recommend a seller?. I'm not looking for those stick-on covers, but the actual trim piece with the latches, pic below. I found one on amazon for $25 per side, just looking for anyone with experience. |

No thanks, this CF design looks cheap and unreal and has nothingnto do with the interior design of BMW.
If you're a bit handy, try to wrap them with 6D CF wrap, takes around. 30 minutes per side and the result is worth it. When you want it more like the F3x series CF, buy Dinoc CA 421, into the DIY section is an interesting thread with tons of infos if you want. Quote:

i bought the full replacements like you're looking for, but in the "piano black" color.
They fit fine (not as insane as the oem that have metal retaining clips as well as plastic clips", but since they dont really see much force on them, I'm not worried. They look oem, which is what I wanted. As far as the "carbon" handles, I wouldnt buy them. I havent seen any "carbon" style parts that look anything like the real stuff, and looks extremely cheesy. |

If I wrap it I'm 99% sure I'll see the crack underneath. So I'm looking for cheap, non walnut replacements |

In that case buy the cheapest you can find and wrap them to match the dash. Or fill and sand the crack and then wrap it. I'd use UV cure glue for that.
