2013 328ix M Sport Thoughts?

Long time lurker, first time poster. Currently negotiating on a 2013 328ix m sport EBII, premium, cold weather and lighting packages with Nav. It's only got a little over 4k miles on it, but is NOT certified even though it's at a BMW dealership. (They claim could easily certify, but would then have to jack up the price) Currently, they're holding pretty steady at 39,200. Is that a pretty good price? Should I be worried that it's not an official CPO vehicle? Really interested in your thoughts. Thanks!

Honestly, for that price. I would buy new.

You could get a used 335i M sport RWD for that price that is loaded just the same way.

Thanks for the reply. If you know of any places I could get a new 328 m sport or pre-owned 335 m sport for that price, please let me know!!! Even as a military guy going through USAA the lowest price I could get with premium and lighting packages was a little over 42K. That last 3K makes all the difference!

Any other comments on the price?

That seems pretty high without the CPO.
