Congratulations J1n, well worth the wait. Strangely the iPad app doesn't show the photos you posted first, the pc browser shows them.
Any rust on the seat hinges ? Good news about no steering vibrations. Did you get the adaptive suspension? Was wondering how soft the suspension was on comfort setting with it on our atrocious roads. |

Ya man I love the bumber I got a msg from one of the suppliers in the forums that you can order the body kit for like 1.5k in US.. they paint and ship to you as well. I thought that was quite a good deal. Let me know if you want his nick.
All clear no rust in seats as well. I didnt get adaptive coz I preferred stiff absorbers. We have the standard suspensions on our F10, comparing the two I would say it doesnt that much different. There's this stretch of road which is quite bad we always drive through when I asked the Mrs she did mention abit rougher but not by far. Having said that most roads around here are pretty good, just avoid the tram tracks. On a side note, I was almost hit twice today by some really bad drivers. U can imagine my heart skipped a beat. I would have been so pissed if I was T boned. Dam these terrible drivers! |

Mine arrives in Wollongong on Tuesday, damn I should have ordered the M sport it looks stunning. I have back problems and really needed the softest suspension possible, was going to buy an E350 merc to replace the X5 but wanted to stay in the BMW line (hard to go back to another manufacturer) so my 320d has the adaptive suspension.
On another note regarding your M sport, I saw a photo of the rear that had the narrow reflectors illuminated, are they LED lit? |

J1n your love of sideways things is making me question whether you should go to the track as I suggested previously... although it could be entertaining!

Might have to pay a visit at the local dealership this weekend. Anyone know any dealers doing great deals on these at the moment? In Melbourne? I have sold my E92 that I had but we have the wife's now that we are thinking of trading! Last edited by beemermans; 10-07-2012 at 08:24 PM.. |

For those interested I actually spoke to BMW melbourne and they quoted me 2.6k for the performance brakes, labour not included yet (not too bad since I ran some numbers if I'd import them myself from the US it would cost me about 3.3k). I'll get a final quote from them when I go and pick up the rear seat covers sometime this week. |

Thanks guys! Finding out I am going to be a proud BMW owner for the first time on Friday was just amazing. I'm just hoping the vehicle is perfect and issue free like J1n's M-Sport.
I wanted to push for an earlier delivery but I wanted to share the experience with my other half who could only do Friday. If she was available earlier I would have definitely pushed for an earlier day this week You know what guys it has been a long wait but its all going to be worth it. I too have a feeling that some of your guys will find out in the next few days regarding your delivery date. I keep telling myself....only a few more nights to go before I see my M-Sport. Forecast for Friday is 19 - 31 degrees mostly sunny so expect some nice photos of a Alpine White 328i M-Sport floating around on the forum. |

J1n, you mentioned rear seat covers? Did not see them on the accessory book.
The other half sharing the joy of a new car, wow hold on to that girl, all my ex's and women in general only see 4 wheels and a mode of transport. Wether it is a BMW or a Mazda makes no difference to them. |
