Great write up 747 ! very interesting to read ,
Similar here in Israel , it is a pre-set of what you can choose and very expensive, similar prices to India but still we have the cams all around so you can't drive fast )) Enjoy your ride ! |

Fast for sure, but the traffic is not so obedient and amateur so can get risky if not attentive.

I have been getting "Coolant level low" error, so went to get it checked at the service center and they did the programming (as they say) and resolved the issue but again the next day the light came up & goes off the next time i start my car & comes up in a few kms again.
This time i have have demanded the coolant sensor replacement. But how do i know the new sensor wont cause the problem again ? If its a official recall, then the part will be rectified by BMW but im not sure BMW knows about this yet. Any success stories ? Plz help Thanks

The solution which was replacing the coolant tank + sensor. I suggested the same to my SA @ BMW Infinity (Chembur, Mumbai), he agreed & got permission to replace both the parts (coolant tank + Sensor) under warranty. And VOILA, Problem solved Its been over 3 month now and no coolant level error till date. I thank Bimmerpost for their support

i love your car, especially with that color combo
you should get lowering springs or coilover and exhaust for your next mods

Regarding mods, yes i have an exhaust planned soon & regarding lowering springs that aint a good idea for Indian (Mumbai) roads so that shall remain stock for now.
