BootMode3 activation error

So today I picked up a copy of BM3 from ProTuningFreaks everything was going good sent me the activation code I was able to connect to the car. I went to activate the license and got this error message

"Unable to activate this vehicle using activation key provided
[Error 5001. Please contact us on our Tech Support portal for
assistance."

Now I have already contacted support however they are closed on weekends wondering if anyone knows what's going on while I'm waiting to hear back from them

Looks like a faulty key.

Contact the ones who provided you the key.
