Convertible Rear Spoiler

New to the forum, on every other forum for previous cars but new to bimmerpost. Just ordered my 435i Convertible XDrive. Slated for an early March build, middle to late April delivery. My order is Msport, Alpine, Black/Blue/Hexagon, 19 Orbit Greys, Lighting, Technology, Driver Assistance Plus, Premium, Climate, Parking Assistant, and Adaptive. Portside they are able to install M Performance Side Sills and Carbon Mirror caps but need to get the M Performance Front Splitter/ Rear diffuser installed at dealer. I ideally want to get the carbon fiber rear spoiler(51622334545) but shopbmwusa.com shows it isn't compatible with convertible, but the basic black one (51192354500 ) is compatible. Has anyone attempted to install the Carbon Fiber Rear Spoiler on their F33?

I did a little bit more searching and came across these two pictures. The first one looks like the standard black and the second one looks like the carbon fiber. Wondering if substantial modifications need to be done. I did read somewhere a little bit ago, that BMW doesn't recommend the part on the convertible because they feel it ruins the sleekness of the rear, which I highly disagree.

I dont like the bottom one (maybe because the top is down), would need to see the top one from a better angle, and with top down. I also think the location of the brake light takes away from the look of the spoiler. I have been debating getting a spoiler for my coupe because I'm not totally sold on how they look and the weird shape off the trunk lip that prevents the spoiler from being flush.

I'm in the same boat. I just got my F33 last week, and was wondering about real spoiler options. M0dBargains says that they don't have any solutions for the convertible yet...I would want a painted spoiler vs. black or carbon fiber. Anybody found any other options?

Does anyone have any idea what these spoilers are? I believed they are from f36?
