Fitting LED light bar

Has anyone fitted a LED light bar to their car? I travel rural areas a bit and would like to fit a LED light bar on one of those number plate brackets so I can take it off when not travelling. My concern is with the Bi-xenon lights and any potential electrical issues.

I've fitted plenty of spot lights to 4x4's with out issue, but just wondering about any special requirements with the BMW's.
