F30, F31 Lease Deal in TX
I know I can probably do better...but I figure I reach out to the forum to see what you guys think. 3 quotes I got from a dealer in TX. (Keep in mind TX wants you to pay full tax on car not just on the payments of the lease)
-Option 1: 2015 328 MSRP: $47,645 -Discount of = $5K -Negotiated Price = $42,645 -MF: 0.0017 (seems high...no credit issues..what should it be) -Residual = 61% $29,063.45 -$1000 down (tax, title, and first payment) -Monthly = $607 a month for 36 months 15K miles a year -Option 2: 2015 328 Wagon $49,440 -Discount of = $5K -Negotiated Price = $44,440 -MF: 0.0017 (see above comment) -Residual = 61% $30,153.40 -$1000 down (tax, title, and first payment) -Monthly = $635 Option 3: 2016 328 -MSRP = $51,145 -Discount = $2750 (dealer says this value is $600 over invoice...) -MF = 0.0017 -Residual = $30,175 -$1150 down (tax, title, and first payment) -Monthly = $758 All options are were 15K miles a year for 36 months. |

Base MF is .0013 so you're getting a slightly marked up rate. 2016 deal seems way off. Have you verified invoice pricing through Edmunds or NADA? If you haven't already, I would suggest you check out the following threads:
Leasing 101 Thread http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1111667 Official "Post your Deals" thread: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=842749 Lastly, I would suggest plugging your deals into a lease calculator like Leasematic (iPhone) to verify pricing. Personally, I think you can do a little better on discount off MSRP. Hope this helps. |

Are you planning on driving 45,000 miles over the three year lease? If not, go for 30,000 miles over the three years and buy the extra miles at the end of the lease.
As mentioned above, they're also marking up the lease. Try to get the buy rate and lower it with MSDs. This is assuming you can do MSDs in Texas. |
