Has something changed on 340i xDrive TKR pkg?
So I'm shopping for a 340i xDrive with Manual, Msport and Track Handling pkg. And I'm at the dealership nearby today to try and make up my mind about some leather/trim/option choices.
During the conversation, the dealer tells me that the Track Handling package with the 18" wheels isn't guaranteed to come with the Michelin Pilot Sport tires. Now i've read in several places that those are the tires to get. The dealer said it 'might' come with those tires, but it 'might' come with Bridgestone or Continentals too. Is this true? Is this a new thing? Is there a way to find out before my car actually gets ordered what I'll get? Can I control it? My dealer seemed to think that you get the wheels for sure, but as for tires, you only get to control run-flat or not, all season or not. Help!? |

Damn that's important. I hope they don't screw us. Can they tell you what bridgestone or Continental tire you'll get? Bridgestone makes some really good high end summer tires.
