Also why is the volume controls on the right side since near the radio itself. Why not on my left hand ..

Oh I know that was so dumb. I mean I drive with my left hand and it was way better just reaching down with my left thumb to turn down the volume.

Yes random sucks.. it will shuffle among all folders and if your listening to a song and select random it jumps immediately..

my acura TL had a much better system for all of this.

When in shuffle mode, selecting another song with the thumb wheel seems to reset the shuffle mode. Also it seems resetting shuffle mode when traffic info comes in. Anybody else tried ? (Looks a bug; had the same with my former E90. After soft update ok) Replies welcome

Regardless, the MT continues to be a bit vague, both clutch and transmission, as with other BMWs.

If that's the case, I stand corrected, but as you say it still feels if there is a CDV more or less, ergo: This 1-2 shift feels the slowest compared to my former E46/E90 BMWs...

I agree, it does.

It is possible the CDV is now built into the system rather than employed as a separate unit.

xenons should be standard and would like to have some blue stitching on the black like the sport line has

BTW: did you know the split fold down rear seat was an option for 2012? maybe BMW had too many complaints
