We also have National Version Australia L810A (even though I'm in NZ), could this be restricting it?

The country controller that I understand is it turn on/off feature specific to the country, so by doing FDL coding manually will override whatever being defaulted to off by the country controller.

To be honest, we don't know enough of HU_NBT, I'm using HU_CIC & combox and have coded multiple cars all without issue.

Looking at the specs/options of your car, the only difference I see is that mine only came with 6NK, while you have both 6NF & 6NK.

Specific to your issue, they don't appear on surface are coding related since the feature is already activated, but you can't use it due to "internal error"

Tried Everything - still gives internal error - BMW probably have blocked access for Asia :-(

I'm in Asia, and BMW has not block me yet.

As I mentioned, when you did the registration, select Europe>Great Britain.... you are not gonna lose any functionality, in fact you will get more!

Now I do not get the option to select GB. It goes straight to the opening page which gives the error. Do I need to uncode 6AL and recode it?

Same here, though when I first starting using it I could select a country - I selected Great Britain.

I'm having this exact same issue. I got the "internal error" message until I tried the Dec combox update, which changed the error to "your service has expired" I didn't do the coding myself, the guy who did it for me (using the popular VIN) also thinks its BMW shutting things down on their end. The weird part is that his works and he has the same VIN running. I'm in Canada, he's in the US. just my 2c

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they're doing something server-side. Is yours NBT or CIC?

I don't know what NBT is lol. I did a combox retrofit, so i swapped out the old comms unit (that one's CIC rit?) for the combox (CCC). or maybe I have that backwards, idk.

NBT is the new iDrive, it's all-new hardware and has an upgraded UI and is much faster. There is no separate combox.

Had my car software upgraded by the dealer over the weekend, BMW Live is still working (i did VO code and write FA to vehicle, so these option code settings remained)

The only one obvious to me is being able to use blackberry for data tethering. Previously bb won't work

having the same issue, data traffic is working but the live app just throws an error. Looks like they're blocking something server-side. (HU_NBT, Registered as Europe->Belgium, Data traffic over bluetooth)

Since I'm able to see newer version NCD file now, perhaps you guys wanted to try the following:

Option 1 (this will activate BMW Online & deactivate BMW Live, feature for both is the same):
HU_CIC
3003 > ONLINE_BROWSER = beide_aktiv
3003 > ONLINE_SERVICES = nicht_aktiv
3003 > ONLINE_SERVICES_GLS = nicht_aktiv
3003 > ONLINE_BROWSER_LIVE = nicht_aktiv

Option 2 (this will activate BMW Live & deactivate BMW Online, feature for both is the same):
HU_CIC
3003 > ONLINE_BROWSER = nur_bmw_internet_aktiv
3003 > ONLINE_SERVICES = nicht_aktiv
3003 > ONLINE_SERVICES_GLS = nicht_aktiv
3003 > ONLINE_BROWSER_LIVE = aktiv

I made this suggestion after seeing Raj's setting have both Online Services & Online Services GLS activated, but for my car which has working Internet & BMW Live, both of these are not active, and everything is working...
