Front bumper

The dealer installed my front bumper upon delivery. If I try to remove the front plate, are there holes? And are the holes caused by the dealer install (drill holes) or can they be plugged?

I got holes when I took mine off. I filled it up with bumper plugs. Kind of a rip off though. 30 bucks for two small pieces of plastic. I also had to drill the whole alittle bigger and cut the plug because it was too long to fit. You could always try the putty method.
