So my friend is looking to sell her 335i xDrive.

It's just a simple "wet thumb to the wind" approximation on my part...

it would be plus minus a few thousands depending on who you talk to.

if you can sell it for $50K, all the better for you, but for mine for example, they quoted it at $41K right now i already lost over $10k since driving the car

she was offered 41k at carmax and auction don't show pricing on 13's. She is looking to replace it with a M3

You're probably looking at around 20% depreciation from your paid price based on your mileage - maybe a little more since this 335 is pretty loaded and you won't get the ROI back on the options.
