New 335 M sport tomorrow not excited

Had a ton of Issue with my AH3 getting new 335 White with Coral.

Guess I should be a little more clear on this post. I loved my AH3 and it's now unsafe to drive. Was going into limp mode at 85-90 mph. I am a little pissed off at the lack of customer service shown by BMW. Yes they gave me some assistance but it's hard pill to swallow when a less expensive car ends up costing you more money. That's created my lack of excitement.

Not unhappy about a loaded 335 m sport. Unhappy with the situation and loss of money.

I wouldn't know where to start. I took a cross country trip when I first bought it and the short story is the AC went out and everything in the car burned up. Hybrid system needs to be cooled by AC or it will over heat. There is a thread about that trip.
it kept going into limp mode with drivetrain failure. Last time on way to Masters when I was merging in to traffic at 90mph. Almost caused a wreck. It's a shame I loved that car. Looked great and was fun to drive.

Too bad about your AH3 problems. I hope your 335i treats you better.

So, you are not excited about getting a very nicely equipped 335i M-Sport.

If you had gotten a stripped 320i, then maybe I could see you not being excited. Instead, you get a loaded version of the the most powerful F30 currently available. If you are not excited about that, then maybe you should have gotten a better car, whatever that is.

You come across sounding like the best car for which this forum exists is not good enough for you. What's that about?

Ugh, I have an AH3 and the other day, the power steering didn't turn on when I started the car so I got out, popped the hood, checked to make sure there wasn't anything wrong, closed the hood, and everything was fine once I started the car. As soon as I started driving, a drivetrain malfunction error popped up for a few seconds saying I should drive moderately or something like that but that message disappeared once I drove out of the parking lot. I hope there isn't something wrong with my car. Quick question, did bmw take back your AH3 once that happened or how did you switch from the AH3 to a 335i?

Hopefully you have better luck with this new car. I just saw this video on the 911, and that looks like a mess. Shit like this unfortunately happens, what can you do? You just have to hope the company will resolve the issues in a graceful manner.

You guys crack me up.
The bad decision was reading your smart ass comments. Troll. Big man behind a keyboard. Small man in life.

Learn to understand sarcasm. I should be excited was the point. Loved last car an it let me down.

Another bad ending to the AH3 ownership experience huh?

My feelings reflect yours -- it is a great car and really fun to drive.... I would love to own an AH3 again, sans the quirks.

Yep it's a shame. I loved the car, everything about it. I've lost a ton of money in a year and have a real bad taste in my mouth. This will be the 5th car (new) in 14 months. Last BMW I ever buy.

Hard to be excited about paying more for a less expensive car. Not having a choice because AH3 was unsafe to drive. Sure the 335 is an awesome car but my loaded AH3 was to. It's the situation that spoils the joy of getting a new car. This will be the 5th new BMW I have purchased in 14 months. It's also the last.

What's the definition of insanity again? Oh yeah, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Might want to switch to a different brand if you're so bent out of shape of buying a 5th BMW in 14 months

5th? As in you're replacing one but bought three others because you have a large family - or, this is the fifth brand-new replacement of a single car?

Only bent out of shape about the AH3. I've owned several other BMW and never had a problem. I had no intention of buying a new car at this time. Loved the AH3 and that's probably why I am upset about it. I usually buy 2 new cars a year. I am a retired auto dealer and usually it doesn't cost me much.

I personally think BMW should of handled this transaction better. But there was no way I was driving my daughter to school in a car that might shut down at any time. Yes I could of been more patient and probably gotten more assistance or even gone thru a lemon law case.

Yes the insanity part of it has me VERY concerned. I would of taken a MUCH bigger loss without some assistance from BMW. That took other brands out of the market for me.
