I was trying to capture the yellow fogs but that really did not work out.
I changed the fogs to PIAA yellow Side reflector to White whiskers to black front signal bulb to chrome I ordered rims today but they are backed ordered till end of June.

Yeh ur right! I have seen a few 328i's lowered on super sports and they look awesome. All the 335i's I've seen so far have been lowered on sports and that looks perfect. So yeh, the heavier engine does take its toll. By the way, I plan on doing this when I get my car. How much did you get the H&R Sports for? Did you have to pay separate for installation?

Can you take pictures so we can see the wheel gap please. The pictures I've seen of the super sport appear to have an uneven wheel gap which would drive me crazy. Based on your pictures and others I've seen with the sport springs the gap looks even.
Your car looks great with the changes you have done. What wheels are you going with? Last edited by onehungevo; 05-18-2012 at 11:42 PM.. |

Hey Ric,
How much should these H&R sport springs cost me?

hopefully the sun is out tomorrow and I will take the wheel gap pics. I think BMW should have released the car at this height.
I paid $275 for the install of the springs and an extra $40 to get the refectors and bulbs installed.

Hey Ric,
So you payed around $250 for the springs and another $275 for the installation? So in total you spent $525 for the H&R Sports?

Assuming it's fresh it your mind since the springs just went on, how is the ride/feel now compared to stock?
Coming from a guy that doesn't know what to believe...what were your thoughts about doing springs only (i.e., not also doing a "matched" set of shocks/dampers)?

So it stopped raining for a bit but it was still dark so I had to go over to my Dads place where the parking garage had an open roof. Place is still wet and poor lighting so I borrowed my Dads camera as well instead of using the iPhone.
LOL....I just noticed my mileage as I uploaded the pics. Here u go:

If you are going to a more aggressive setup like super sport then I would recommend getting a compatible damper system.
