The F30 doesn't look that much more huge in comparison to the E46.

As Snig said, almost identical in low light. In bright light, I'd say the Sgraph has more flakes and has that tinge of purple hue that I love about it, while the Mineral Grey is more of a regular gunmetal.

The F30 has always reminded me of something from Halo. Maybe an Elite or a Brute. Or maybe a Ghost or a Wraith. But definitely something from The Covenant. It's the nose. It looks very pissed off.

Also, seeing these cars next to each other really highlights our evolution of taste. Simple, straight lines no longer capture our attention well enough. We need lots of noise and stuff going on to be attracted. Kind of like how we need Facebook and Twitter while talking to someone; otherwise we get bored.

Still love both however. Especially the E46. I may be a bit biased though...

If I didn't know the E46 is an older model, I wouldn't otherwise guess it is just from looking at it. They are such great looking cars. It's no wonder there are still plenty of them on the roads.
