Odd headrest issue

Several times the headrest adjustment button on the driver and passenger seat have popped out after adjusting the headrest. When I say popped out it literally flys out and ends up somewhere in the back seat. Easy to put back in but it is an odd issue. Has anyone else experienced this?

Weird, happened to me yesterday for the first time. The button was hanging out on the end of the spring in true cartoon fashion!

Semi-related-note: these headrests are the worst part about the car, by far.
