Touch up to wheel

My M Performance wheel took a pebble to the side on a spoke and it knocked the ceramic coating off. It is smaller than a pea but stands out because the underside of the finish is white. I am thinking about just touching it with a grey marker because the contrast is what is making it so obvious. I am thinking my tire threw it in a turn--life goes on. Any other ideas?

I had black rims in the past, and when I got stone chips/nicks on them, I just touched them up with some touch up paint. Afterwards, you'd only be able to tell if you went up really close to it.

Try and obtain the paint code for the wheel, have a local body shop make you a small batch of paint. Your better off touching it up with paint.

Thanks all
I worry that the material is porous and only paint will prevent more problems.
