I'm finally getting closer to my first purchase. If I buy a CPO 2014 428i is the $1000 BMW Drive for Team USA Allowance eligible?

Clearly says on NEW 2015/2016 vehicle...

Yes, it's for brand new cars only. I leased a Demo Car, and while the warranty and no cost maintenance is applicable, the $1000 discount is not.
