Swap Lease Question

Hello everyone i was just interested in looking into this website. i see you can get other peoples leases but then you are straight up lease companies which seem to offer great prices. for example oceanautolease.com in NY. great reviews. I got a great price on my 428xi that i am a used car dealer but some of these numbers these guys are getting seem great?!?! anyone every deal with a straight up lease company
