Tips for using OEM touchup paint

It seems like that dr colorchip is the common choice for touchup paints in the forum. However they don't ship to Canada and I need to fix couple of small spots (not rock chips, have clear bra).

I am just wondering what would be your suggestions for using OEM touchup paint (B39, Mineral Grey). My detailing guy will do it so he knows how to apply. My question is more specific to BMW OEM touchup paint. So far, I read that you should shake it very well, I mean really well. But what else?

Tiny paint brush and have lacquer thinner. I wet the brush with lacquer thinner then apply as little paint as possible.

AMMONYC has great car care videos. I would say this looks like a good way to apply OEM touch up paint!

Thats pretty much what we did except we used toothpick for applying the paint. When shaken really well, the oem touchup paint actually matches the colour.

I have used dr.colorchip and it works great. I live in the suburbs of Vancouver so I am just a few minute drive from the border so it is easy to order it to a mail box in USA and pick it up.
Montreal is obviously not a quick drive to USA. Have you checked with Autogeek.net? I have seen dr.colorchip for sale thru 3rd party vendors before and I think aurogeek was one of them. They ship to Canada.

I will keep that in mind for the next time, thanks. There are kinek points near the border, which is about an hour drive but I am keeping it for bigger purchases.
