Hey there,

Doing a stealth install with an amp that should be able to handle the HU signal outputs. I'd like to tap the signal wires at the amp in the trunk, but does anyone know what the colors would be for a HIFI system?

I've done some searching but haven't seen anything definitive, currently just trying to use existing pictures of the harness to deduce the right answer.

Anyone who could provide this, I'd be very greatful.

Hi you can buy a pre made plug and play loom to do this from technic much neater than tapping the existing loom. Do a search for technic on the forum

If you need with ASD or the Base system instead, let me know. Note that wiring colors can/do vary for several reasons, but the pin-outs will rarely change.

But I'd say Sullym6 is right, search for Technics and buy from him. It's not worth your time or the potential damage to start cutting up vehicle wiring.
