Apparently my car has 'left the plant this afternoon'.
The cynic in me sees it staying in the corner of a port car park waiting to board a ship for four weeks!

Is delivery possible before Easter Friday?

IMO No. From memory it was a good couple of weeks from left plant to arrived at dealers. The dealers then need to PDI before delivery.

However, you could be lucky that your car was the last car to make up a shipping batch, etc.

On Thursday it had made port, however the Salesman reported that a pre-Easter delivery is possible, it is still showing week 15 delivery. He said it's 50/50 - They must be pushing hard for the financial end of year?
I'm going for a second week in April and anything sooner is a bonus.

I mentioned to the salesman that I'd happily take any car status/code update, he said he'd keep me up to date until I tell him to go away. I suspect that they see all types like those who just want to know when it is in and then the likes of me that want to know when it has gone from the transporter to the tarmac...!

Anyway, the black grilles are on order, the Silver vision and 5500K H8 fog light bulbs have turned up, I'm ready to go.

All as described, arrived in good time too, although I'm not sure where in Europe they came from, it certainly didn't look like France, Georgia maybe? Anyway, no extra taxes and repetitively cheap...

That ebay member is registered in Bulgaria by the looks of it. I think mine were five days turning up. He has had some negative feedback recently too.

Mine arrived though all as described - there is no reason why others won't.

Let's hope they are white in colour and don't set the car on fire!

Thanks. I have concerns with ordering from untested sources unless on good recommendation on forum or somewhere else reliable. I have been caught before with something that looked very genuine but wasn't. Don't know about fire but didn't last very long.

I take it you are satisfied with product albeit you haven't fitted them yet?

Understandable.
Yes they look fine and I'm happy with them at this point. Well packaged for the long postal trip too.
Much cheaper than the American imports.

Looks like there will still be some snow around for you to show off the Xdrive grip although you may not actually feel that brave with a brand new car.

The Salesman emailed me this morning to let me know my car would be delivered today. Awesome!
Early afternoon I have a picture sent through from the Salesman of my 'new chariot' (his words), it is delivered.

Now, I am waiting to have cherished plates put on it from my current car for the first registration but the V5 isn't back from DVLA yet.

The car is booked in for it's PDI on Thursday afternoon for me to pick it up late on Thursday.

I suppose if the dealership will cover costs for the plate transfer at a later date then I should just get on with it and collect on Thursday, right?!

Really good service from Woods of Salisbury, delivery was dated as week 15...!

An update on the H8's. They did turn up very quickly. However when I opened the package I noticed 1 of the bulbs was loose inside and on shaking it the bulb rattled .

I emailed the seller last night via ebay to request a refund and he emailed back this morning and he has already refunded the full cost to my paypal account.

First class service from the seller although not sure I would buy from him again.
