F30 Ordering - I hope they fix the color scheme!!

How long does it take for the BMW order system to process a change of options? My order went in last week and I've had a production # for a week now. I initially had gone with imperial blue / grey / silver / black scheme and then later changed it to grey / red / red / black scheme. They updated it in the system at the dealer yesterday when I completed the purchase order, but I'm still seeing imperial blue on the bmw tracker.

If I show up in Munich and the car is blue, it's not the end of the world - but I'm just curious.

I really hope your changes go through, the grey on red is such a classic combo

As long as you see it on the build sheet, it should be there.

The BMW production website takes a long time to update for most people.

Okay thanks - yeah they printed out a copy of the updated build sheet for me yesterday. But when they printed out a 2nd copy, it was the old one again. I kept the first one and the guy said it'll probably update tomorrow.

Sorry just a little paranoid

Garage List
Every time I made a change to my order, my dealer would send me an updated "Vehicle Inquiry Report." The changes seemed to be instantaneous. As long as this is correct, you are fine. The BMW tracker takes a few weeks to reflect changes. In addition, when your car starts production, do not be surprised to see a few incorrect options listed. I picked up my F30 two weeks ago in Munich and it still shows online the wrong interior color and has an incorrect list of options. Just make sure everything is correct on your build sheet from your dealer and it will be fine.
