Does Burger Motorsports make only black spacers? I'm looking for a pair of 12mm rear spacers to use with my stock 17" Luxury Line wheels

...but the 12mm ones that Apex sells have a ~13.25mm inset, so they're good to go.

Yes, that's what I got. Not a bad idea to call them to confirm though...

No, I just used extended bolts. The vibration was verrry mild - almost undetectable. And it didn't start right away.
I wouldn't think the bolts vs stud kit would make a difference; the fact that you used great care in tightening your nuts (I did the same with my bolts) will likely keep things smooth for a while - but the vibration may crop up eventually.

I just fit the hub-centric spacers today (10mm front and 12mm rear) and everything seems to fit perfectly. This evening I'll try to take some corners hard in comfort mode to get some good compression to make sure everything still clears without any rubbing... but the real test will be at the track this Monday and Tuesday.

By the way, with the Dinan springs and the aggressive offsets, the look is amazing...
Just ordered 10mm front and 12mm rear with extended bolts. Experiencing vibration issues yet? Thanks

No vibration with a good set of hub-centric spacers... vibration is usually a culprit on non-hub-centric spacers over 3mm thick, as they leave not enough hub lip for the wheel to sit on and stay properly centered.

What is the point of adding hub spacers? Purely cosmetic to give the appearance of a wider track?

Also, they may help resolve clearance issues - either wheel to brake, or tire to strut.

What about the potential adverse effects of effectively changing the wheel offset via these hub spacers.....things like scrub radius that can introduce wandering/tramlining and bump steer? A 10mm change in offset, either positive or negative, can meaningfully change the handling & steering characteristics of a vehicle.

Honestly, I don't think offset changes in this range are an issue. BMW specs many of their cars with varying wheel options, some with offsets differing in the same range as the spacers being discussed.

Really....I wasn't aware of this. So there are actual BMW models sold with differing wheel offsets (for stock BMW wheel offerings) within the same model??

I'm by no means a track day specialist, but, I know, from personal experience.....when I switched from a stock 45mm offset to a 38mm offset on my G35, to accommodate a wider BBS wheelset and clear the upper suspension arm, I greatly corrupted the steering. The worst attribute was the exacerbation of bump steer on a vehicle that was already prone to mild bump steer in stock suspension geometry form. It was scary at times when bumps through corners would cause the car to move sideways off the intended steering line in a meaningful way.

In any event, the idea isn't to debate indefinitely, but rather, to share experiences.

Sorry to bring this up again but APEX 12mm spacers do not fit on the rear. I purchased them after looking through this post but they do not fit flush. Just an FYI. See pics below.
First pic, spacer on the rear.
Second pic, pushing top of spacer.
Third pic, pushing bottom of spacer.

Were there dust caps on there? If yes, did you remove them?

my rear wheel hub lip measures 12.7 - 12.8 mm

so now i need to find 12 - 13 mm spacers that can clear that
looks like the H&R 13mm and the ECS 12mm spacers fit the bill
