Thumbs up my f30 14' 335i - build in progress.

Hey guys,

Sold my m135i and moved into a f30 335i about a month ago.

Options on the car are:

Drive Assist package
Heads up display
Comfort access
pro nav + touch iDrive
harmon kardon
sunroof
DAB+

Mods I've done so far:

M Perf front lip
M Perf diffuser
OEM Black Grills
M5 Wheels
Akrapovic Evolution Exhaust

Parts I have, and am about to install:

H&R Springs
OEM BMW Fog Light delete grills

Planned Mods:

M Perf Side skirts
New Wheels - thinking Vossen or HRE FF01 or even Rotiforms
KW Coilovers
Tune
Downpipes

Hope to keep this thread interesting over the next few months

Few pics and a video of my Akra.

Cheers guys,
Chase

Nice, Akrapovic. How does it compare to the Eisenmann you had previously? In terms of drone, deeper colds starts ?

Looking forward to the build

That exhaust is so good... sounds better than a stock m3 to me

I had the Meisterschaft super gt. I would honestly say the meister sounded way tougher. But I needed a quieter exhaust day to day. Akra offers best of both with the valve. Cold start is almost oem with the Akra.

Thanks man!

Oh my bad The CF tips on the Akra look so good, quite discreet It would definitely look more aggressive with the Fog Delete & Skirt Blades

Looks great.

Out of interest, did you paint the front lip or leave it in the raw finish from factory?

I've got a bmw front lip to fit to my black 320i m sport and not sure if I should get it sprayed to match or mat like yourself. Hoping a can get away without spraying it but thought the raw finish my mark too easily.

My previous car was black, so when I got my F30 I decided to go something different...but looking at your car makes me realise my mistake!! That whole setup looks so great.

LOVE the Black on Black...where did you get the M5 wheels?? They look awesome.

Congrats on the ride.

Its the raw matte black - I was thinking of painting it too, but I like the way it breaks it up. Ill probably move into the Varis or Akrym CF lip early next year.

Springs in, they will settle even more - probably another 10 mm. Already looks WAY better.

Perfect drop. Looks great. How do you find the ride, much stiffer than stock?

Very nice. Will keep an eye out for your car (I'm occasionally in both of those shopping centre car parks - including that exact "small car" spot!)

Ride in my opinion has improved, feels slightly more planted.
