That's what I am trying to do but it's really hard to get the F80 mirrors around here. Will take about 8 weeks and I can't find them on eBay either.

Already got the M3 front fender and will weld the rear fender as I can't find a matching one, so welding and spacers will do the 'wide body trick'.

Will update with new pics / mods soon!

Look forward to the build with the new fenders I've seen the F80/F82 mirrors for sale.

I've seen it on a Rakuten - Japanese online shop but very expensive - http://item.rakuten.co.jp/studieag/10001937/

Also seen it on Elebest SG which should be a better price but don't know how much - https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater

Got all the parts on order now (Front fender is already here, OEM mirrors, spacers and rear fender will be welded)
Will also wrap the roof in glossy black to complete the black/white overall look.

Still undecided on the brakes. Brembos are around $10,000 USD here and the M-Performance breaks are $6,000 USD. Not sure if it's worth to pay the premium since I don't track the car and just drive from here to the supermarket and back.

Any input on the brakes and what colour to paint them? Was thinking red?

You need big brake kits and the fog lights gotta go. It looked so weird. Can you like take it off? Watch for the sensor though. Usually, it will turn on once you take off the fog lights

I am liking the fog lights the way they are

Agreed on the brakes, they look tiny. Still undecided between M Performance and Brembo but will have to pull the trigger this Saturday.

Right a couple of things are missing like the F80 mirrors and fenders. Got the front fenders already, but will look 'half assed' without the mirrors and welding the rear body part to have the wide body look, like the real M3.

No worries I won't add an M3 badge, not one of those guys

Current Mods:
  • ADV.1 ADV05MV2SL 20"
  • Vredestein Tires
  • Bilstein B12 Coil Overs
  • Eibach Springs
  • M3 Style Bodykit
  • Custom Akrapovic Quad Exhaust
  • ECU-Tuning
  • Black Mirrors
  • Black M3 Style Kidney Grill
  • Carbon Fibre Front Lip
  • Carbon Fibre Side Skirt Extensions
  • Carbon Fibre Trunk Spoiler

Missing Mods:
  • M3 Style Mirrors
  • M3 Front Fender
  • M3 Widebody Rear
  • M-Performance or Brembo Breaks

The exhaust sound is nothing to speak of, which I am happy about as the car is a Diesel. Anyway, here are the pics..

Those rear discs look so tiny.
Apart from that, nice car.

Totally agree.

Decided on red M-Performance breaks and switched my wheels back to 19" Vorsteiner VFF 103's. Pictures will follow soon

Lovely!!!

I also think if you remove the fogs...it will be more aggressive!

BTW, what power are you making?

Thanks!

Making the roof glossy black now, removing the fog lights (plasti dip - don't want to mess with the electric) and have to adjust the Bilstein coil overs. Right now the car hits the ground when driving up a parking ramp and scratches the whole underbody. Besides getting the car a bit higher I want to close the gap between the wheel and the fender as well since I switched back to 19".

Will have some new pics by Friday
