Spoke to u a couple of times on ur bumper. I ended up buying wheels n tires instead so that set me back financially. All the best in ur sale. If u happen to sell it at a really really really cheap price, let me know.....LOL

As much as I like ur bumper, I won't be able to afford it after the purchase of my wheels/tires. To make an offer will be lowballing you(I have to factor in the cost of painting).

On the front bumper there is a cap for your tow hook, the bracket screws into the tow hook of the front bumper. look up no hole front license plate bracket
