F30 316i n13 Help!

Hello, i have ran into this issue. Currently running mhd stage 2. Getting major vibrations. I am currently getting the following codes 140001 140010 14010 140110 and have replaced the coils and spark plugs. But the problem persists. On the other hand i see fuel on the tip of the spark plug of cylinder 1. I am concered, please advice, mechanic says the issue is the injector, so I ordered injectors, yet to test it out. Anyone ran into this issue before? Please help, your advice would greatly help
