MAN! I fell in LOVE with GOLF.

This is driving me crazy. Mod for a car, or a brand new club. DAYUM.

I just bought an offset driver(yeah yeah, I know), custom tees, custom ball marker, golf shoes, golf shirt/pants/cap, push cart and a cleveland wedge.
Also looking at a new putter right now, and possibly a whole new iron set + golf bag within few weeks. No woods, current callaway woods are treating me well.

Anyone went through this?

oh yeah, and if you are not to secret about your weapon, share what kind of driver you use!!!

Yes it is addictive.

Taylor Made R580xd, custom shaft-tipped to xx stiff. I have had it in the bag for 6 years. I can hit the new ones a bit further but not near the accuracy.
Taylor Made cgb irons de-lofted to standard, 1/2" shaft extension. Ping Tour wedges. Oversized Golf Pride grips. MacGregor mallet putter. I go through putters.....none REALLY like me.

Yep, it's very addicting once you get going... My arsenal is as follows:
Taylormade R7 Driver
Callaway 3 wood
Callaway X20 Irons
Mizuno 60 degree
Titleist 52 degree
Ping uh-gli putter
Personally, the best set you can put together... Dont let anyone try and talk you into making the switch to blades... I thought I was good until I went out and got a set of them....

Its a great game and I am in a league on Thursday nights. We have a great time both during the round and after in the club house. The guys in the league are all very cool and range in age from early 20's to 60's. I highly recommend joining a league if you can. Fwiw I have a Taylormade Tour Burner that I love. Golf is great for business too.

I gotta say that all my money goes towards golf and BMWs. Been playing for 9 years and still look forward to playing more and more. Its so bad, I got a PT job at Golf Galaxy to get the discounts

TM R7 CGB Max Driver
TM R7 CGB Max 3W
Cleveland HiBore 4i hybrid
TM RAC LT irons
Cleveland CG14 GW-LW
Scotty Cameron Studio Select Newport 2

I collect Scottys too and have about 4-5 in the basement, several of which I sent back to Scotty to have refurbished. Now I have to decide if I need a putter rack to show them off or a set of MTech side skirts.

I currently use an Easton Z-Bubble shaft (Carbon Fiber), with a JOFA blade.
Several hole in ones with it.

Anyone uses 58deg lob wedge? Im deciding whether I should buy 60deg or 58deg.

Pro golfer recommands me 58deg until I lower my handicap to near +10.
I currently have PW 48deg, and SW 55deg. I don't care for that "4deg maximum difference" rule.
though I think 55deg -> 58deg won't be as exciting as 60deg.

From someone who used to be really really good but does not play that much any more... I wish i would have invested more money in lessons than clubs. Remember its the "putter" not the putter. Have fun.

I couldn't find an online picture of the 7.5 degree and I wasn't about to go take pictures of my driver unless someone really wants me to.
