Want to see when my car will be coming more or less. Car was ordered 11/12/13, and finished production 11/24/13. Wanted to know how long the longest process (en route to USA) took for the most part. Want to get an estimate of when it will be coming! Hopefully soon! :-)

My 435i finished production 14 days ago so I wouldnt say En Route to USA is the longest. I'm really hoping it leaves the port today or tomorrow.

I think it normally takes 14 days on the boat looking at most peoples timelines (For east coast anyways), then another 4-5 days before its ready at your dealer.

Late update! Car is aboard the Asian King with an ETA of 12/04.

My black kidney grilles and all weather floor liners have already arrived and are waiting to be installed. Ordering painted reflectors this weekend.

11/12 - Car is being transported to the port of exit
11/14 - Car is at the port awaiting a shipping vessel

Not looking good for pre Thanksgiving delivery. Car was released to trucking company this morning after tires were swapped out. I'm guessing I could see it this weekend. Storms on the east coast could delay shipment.

so.. don juan is scheduled to leave to NY today but i still dont see my car on the WW tracking.... this is depressing ugh

a car with the last 3 digit of 567 was loaded on one of the ship tirranna heading for baltimore.... and mine is 570 still at the port

Where can I check if its on the WW Tracking? Mine still shows at port.
All I have is production # so I will have to get the VIN # I assume.

I got the VIN # and I searched WW under cago ID. Still no records found and I spoke with a rep and they are still showing it as at the port

RUSH - Your 570 - are you referring to the last 3 of production #? Mine is 583 but mine was at the port before yours so that would be quite confusing.

12/3 - "Your vehicle is at the port awaiting a shipping vessel. There is no shipping information available at this time." (per 800 phone #)
12/12 - on ship Lyra Leader - sailed 12/8. Due in Port Hueneme 1/2/2014. (12/12/2013: 800# system says vehicle is still in port. Agent gave sailing date of 12/8.
12/24 - watched the Lyra Leader transit the Panama canal real time. Cool. See photos below.


So I'll expect delivery to the dealer a few days after Jan 2. This will be about 7-1/2 weeks from the order date.

1/6/2014 (Monday) arrived BMW of SF. Note the quick turnaround time in VDC. This included two M Performance port installs -- exhaust and black grill.
1/7/2014 picked up! Hurray! The wait is over!!

Yeah but if you are just on the way to port, it could be awhile. Mine got to port in 2-3 days and then it was there for just about 2 full weeks before it got on the ship. BMW was able to tell me the ship name the day after it left.

Hey guys so I just recently joined the bmwusa website and was looking at my timeline. Noticed that the M sport brakes option for my incoming F32 was missing. All other options, colors, and packages are present... Im worried that my CA may have missed it when putting the order in, but im 100% it was on my build sheet. Has anyone else had this issue???

I and many others also had errors in the bmwusa website. The key is to ask your CA to pull up a Vehicle Inquiry Report and check the details there.
