Lease Deal

I've been looking at a F30 335i and I used a online lease calculator to see how much my payments would be.

MSRP $59420
Selling price $54795 (assuming I get it at invoice)
Residual 62%
0.00081 money factory (multiple security deposits)
$0 down
Monthly payment $590

Does this seem about right? I don't understand how BMW can advertise a 335i lease for $419/month on their website yet, my calculations come out to $590. I know their deal is for a stripped car with $3000 down, but it's still a huge difference.

I think $3000 downpayment would do just that. Just enter your number in bmwconfig with a 3k downpayment and see what happens.

How many months? Annual mileage? Those 2 factors make a difference too.

it's with the lowest mileage and $3k down - BMW is great with that small print advertising!

Sounds about right. I think your residual and money factor are good.

BMW lease deal is with $3000 cap cost reduction... which on a 36 month lease, drops your payment around $100. Then take $10k of options off of your build, and voila, there's your $419 advertised lease.

Does that include tax? isnt it full purchase price for taxes in VA?
